Never brings with him a rich experience of 16 years in accounting and auditing across a wide range of industries which include Non -Governmental Organisations (NGOs), financial services, manufacturing, retail, construction, parastatals, and mining. Prior to joining JF Kapnek, Never worked for I-TECH Botswana as the Finance Director. A certified public auditor having worked for Deloitte (Botswana) and Ernst & Young Zimbabwe Never oversees all financial aspects of JF Kapnek and ensures various departments of the organization align with the strategic plan.

Nevers’ vision is to see JF Kapnek continue to grow as a reputable local NGO which uses technology and efficient systems to effectively manage donor funds, to achieve maximum benefit for the JF Kapnek communities and beneficiaries.
